CKIC Technical Service Engineer Terry travelled from China to install our first sold product—the Ash Fusion Determinator—at our customer’s coal laboratory in Newcastle. Although CKIC had already supplied more than 150 instruments to the Australian market prior to our appointment as their official distributor, this installation marked an important and memorable milestone for R5 Outcomes. Terry’s installation work combined with R5’s engineers, Davis Harara and Bilguun Wicks. During the visit, Terry also provided hands‑on training to our engineers, as well as to the customer’s staff.
