The Bulk Simultaneous Crushing & Reduction System is designed to achieve representative sampling by mixing samples after primary crushing. This is accomplished through the drop between the primary conveyor and the secondary conveyor, ensuring a more representative sample mixture.
The secondary conveyor then transports the sample to the ten-station rotary sample divider. Both the conveyor belt speed and the rotating speed of the rotary divider are adjustable, allowing for customization according to industry standard practices. This ensures that the sub-samples obtained accurately represent the original sample.
