Automated Sample Preparation System

This unit greatly enhances the working quality and efficiency of sample preparation for nickel ore, bauxite, and other mineral products. It reduces the reliance on manual sample preparation, minimizing human factors during the process. Additionally, it effectively addresses challenges related to high moisture content and stickiness in nickel ore, bauxite, and similar mineral samples, which are difficult to crush directly.

By shortening the sample preparation cycle, it improves the accuracy of inspection results and provides enhanced technical support for inspection and testing.

Parameters:

• Scope of application: Suitable for various ores, including those with a maximum moisture content of 40% and high viscosity, such as nickel ore and bauxite, as well as ordinary ores.
• Workflow: Consists of a 4-station linear automatic sample preparation system, including lifting, crushing, transporting, and shrinking processes.
• Belt conveyor feeding: Enables labor-saving operation.
