5E-CYP Cross-Belt Sampler
The 5E-CYP Cross-Belt Sampler is a sophisticated mechanical device designed to collect samples from moving streams in the middle section of a belt conveyor. Driven by a motor and reducer, the sampling head rotates to capture a full cross-sectional sample from the belt. This sample is then directed to an online preparation system for crushing and dividing. The retained sample is temporarily stored in a sample collector, while any discarded material is returned to the conveyor belt via the sample return mechanism.
