Handheld LIBS Aluminum Alloy Analyzer
The LHA1000 handheld LIBS aluminum alloy analyzer is a portable alloy analyzer independently developed by Jinhai Vision based on the Laser Induced Breakdown Spectroscopy (LIBS) technology. It is specifically designed for the classification and quality inspection of aluminum alloys. By using high-energy pulsed laser to excite the surface of aluminum alloys to generate plasma, combined with a high-precision spectrometer and AI algorithm, it can complete the qualitative and quantitative analysis of elements such as Al, Si, Cu, and Zn in aluminum alloys within 5 seconds. The detection accuracy reaches the ppm level. The device adopts an integrated handheld design, with a total weight of only 1.8kg. It is equipped with an industrial-grade dust-proof and shock-resistant structure, suitable for a wide temperature range of -10℃ to 40℃, and can cope with various complex working
conditions.
