The Nuctech® MG series handheld mineral grade analyzer is a portable mineral analysis instrument independently developed by Tongfang Nuctech based on Laser Induced Breakdown Spectroscopy (LIBS) technology. It is specially designed for mineral exploration, mining optimization and industrial inspection. By using high-energy pulsed laser to
excite the surface of the mineral to generate plasma, combined with high-precision spectrometer and AI algorithm, it can complete the qualitative and quantitative analysis of light elements such as Li, Be, B, C and heavy metal elements such as Fe, Cu
, Pb in the mineral within 10 seconds, with detection accuracy reaching the ppm level, covering all elements from Li to U in the periodic table. Equipped with an industrial grade dust-proof and shock-proof structure, it can adapt to a wide temperature range from -10℃ to 40℃. The device adopts an integrated handheld design, with a total weight of only 1.8kg, and can cope with complex working conditions such as open-pit mines and underground tunnels.
