Nuctech MGseries benchtop ore grade analyzer
The Nuctech ® MG series benchtop ore grade analyzer is an offline ore grade analyzer independently developed by Tongfang Nuctech.Based on laser induced breakdown spectroscopy
(LIBS),it is specially designed for high-precision ore composition analysis and scientific research-level data verification. The system combines high-resolution spectrometers with multi-dimensional data processing algorithms to achieve high-precision and full quantitative analysis of the elemental composition of ores, meeting laboratory-level testing requirements (in compliance with ISO/IEC 17025 standards).
The entire process of single sample detection in the system takes no more than 3 minutes, with a single detection time of 1 second. It supports various sample forms such as solid, powder,and polished pieces, meeting the full chain requirements from mineral exploration
to smelting quality inspection.
