Pulverizing Mill
The Pulveriser can reduce a wide range of mineral ores and aggregate samples to a particle size of 95% passing 75 microns in a standard 3-minute cycle. The capacity of the machine allows for a maximum sample weight of 1800gms and can be used in any laboratory.
Three-head grinding unit and double-head grinding unit are optional.

Features
The grinding kit is fixed on the vibrating chassis through a quick locking device. The vibrating chassis and grinding kit make circular vibrating motion on the horizontal plane. The grinding piece located in the grinding tank generates considerable squeezing force, impact force and friction force through this vibrating motion and acts on the sample, so that the sample can be finely ground in a short time.

- Integrated control box, with switch buttons, motor overload safety device, pneumatic fail-safe device.
- User fiendly automatic stop switch when cover is opened while operation.
- Pneumatic compression: 450 to 600kpa, the maximum flow rate is 1L/min.
