YORK Filter Bag Dust Collector
The YORK Filter Bag Dust Collector is a next‑generation, high‑efficiency dust collection system designed to meet international performance standards. By combining the advantages of sub‑room reverse airflow and jet pulse baghouse technology, it eliminates the common weaknesses of traditional collectors—such as insufficient cleaning strength and secondary dust absorption—significantly expanding the application range of bag filter systems.
This system uses high‑efficiency offline cleaning, ensuring excellent filtration performance, extended filter bag life, and consistently low operating resistance. It is widely used across building materials, metallurgy, and chemical industries for reliable dust purification.
The dust collector is designed as an outdoor, modular system, available in multiple chamber configurations with a wide range of filter bag quantities: 32, 64, 80, 96, 128, 160, 200, 280, 300, 400, 500, and more.
Each filter bag has a diameter of Φ130 mm and is available in lengths of 2000 mm, 2450 mm, or 3060 mm.
With inlet dust concentrations up to 1000 g/Nm³, the system can achieve emission concentrations below 10 mg/Nm³.
